Installation Helper
Pay: Starting at $15/hr (increases with experience)
Job Description
Work along with 1-2 others to install HVAC systems. The majority of installations are in a residential environment. Consistent training opportunities to help you advance and grow in your career.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and respond to emails, messages, and voicemails
- Ask questions to understand customers’ needs and book service and maintenance appointments
- Assist with appointment changes, customer concerns, and follow-up calls
- Enter accurate customer and appointment information in SuccessWare
- Communicate important appointment details to Dispatch and other team members
- Help customers with routine service, billing, and payment questions
- Follow company processes and provide a positive customer experience
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service, scheduling, or office experience preferred
HVAC or home service experience is a plus
Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
Ability to stay professional under pressure and pay attention to details
Willingness to work as part of a team
